Grimstort is the Male of the 4th family of the Bistort Pack. He is looking for his Dad the former Leader of the Bistort Park. Grimble the famous Snaggerwort killer.

Blueberry is the Female of the 3rd family of the Bistort Pack. She has found the favourite perch of the wise old Hooty Bird.

 Bort is the Male of the 3rd family of the Bistort Pack. He is out with his Pet Trillium. He's trying to teach it to find prey for him to hunt.

Today's cat is Milady is the Female of the 2nd Pack of the Bistort Pack. Doesn't like this spider near her tail. She's afraid it will jump on her.

Moke is the Male of the 2nd Pack of the Bistort Pack. He's eaten too many of these Cateye fruit's and has a stomach ache.

Fluffstort is the Female of the first Pack of the Bistort Pack. She can't find her mate so is calling him. She is worried.

Mokestort is the Male of the first Pack of the Bistort Pack. He thinks he can hear his mate calling him.

Today's cat is called Waterlily

Waterlily is a female old cat of the Amatilla Pack. She is a big soft cat pillow for the kits she minds, they love her.

Today's cat is called Sugarchio

Sugarchio is an old female cat of the Amatilla Pack. She like the rattling sound these pods make when the seeds inside dry out, it reminds her of her kitten toys. It makes her feel young again.

Today's cat is called Periwinkle

Periwinkle is an old female cat of the Amatilla Pack. This patch of flowers is in full sun and a warm place to be for her old bones.

Today's cat is called Dustybump

Dustybump is an old female cat of the Amatilla Pack. She got her name because as a kitten she would rush about bumping into everything collecting all the cobwebs and dust in the den on her coat.

Mitmelon is the female of the Sixth Family of the Amatilla Pack. This tree makes a funny noise in the wind and it has spooked her.

Bermelon is the male of the Sixth Family of the Amatilla Pack. He likes the way this bush tickles his tail.

Kavamelon is the female of the Fifth Family of the Amatilla Pack. She likes the fruit of this bush even though its sharp and bitter.

Jaffamelon is the male of the Fifth Family of the Amatilla Pack. I think he's seen something interesting.

Today's cat is a female called Greentillia

Greentillia is the female of the Fourth Family of the Amatilla Pack. She is hoping it will be a cold night so she can cuddle with her mate.

Mushroom Needlelace

Just finished this Mushroom for my next cat block. Its needlace and I wasn't sure I'd remember how to make it but spent hours making things like it over 10 years ago, and my fingers remembered. I missed not using sticky backed plastic though as pattern doesn't hold up as well But I managed just about.Its not perfect but good enough this time hopefully the perfectness will come back over time. The main thing was I enjoyed making it.

Mccall is of the second Family of the Amatilla Pack. She thinks this is a pretty plant.

Today's blog is 1st quilt square

I have been turning my cat embroideries into quilt squares this last month and now have scanned the first ones they are from the first 4 packs Amatilla, Bistort, Bumble-Kite and Jupiter. I am also using the old cats in the centre to make the pack up to the 16 blocks I need for a big square. this first big square is the Amatilla one and this first block is Gallagon the Male Leader of the pack.

Today's cat is Berind

Berind is the Female of the 5th family of the Tamarind Pack. She has found a rare disc plant in a Goataroo cave, while hunting. She'll tell her pack when she gets home.

Two more Dolls

My knitted doll of the Actor Richard Bradford in the role of Mcgill in Man in a Suitcase. I added the patch to his suitcase to show the wear as I couldn't do the faded colour of original. I  did his short brown jacket in felt. I knitted him in beige trousers and red top I like him in best.

 

Next is my Bat Fairy in her striped stockings. She has felt dress and green batwings that are covered with her long hair.She has a sparkly purple wand with a silver star at the top.

Zimprind is the Male of the 5th family of the Tamarind pack. Its getting dark and He's hurrying home as dusk is the time when Snaggerworts go out to hunt.

The first is Donald Burton as Cmdr Mark Nialls, the Captain of the ship Hero in the series Warship.

Then I did Adam Arkin as Dr Aaron Shutt in Chicago Hope.

Chapiter is the Male  of the 3rd family of the Tamarind pack.  He is hiding in this bush because he saw a Snaggerwort in the wood.

My newest knitted doll and felt set

 Doll is 6" high and Pony is 4" tail to nose and 4 1/2" at shoulder.
