Today is a close up of my Shawl in Brick Wall Stitch.

Its a bit folded as it was on the table in front of me, when I finish it I'll get John to take a picture of me wearing it. Doing well should finish 13” of 68” today.

Today is my finished Knitting Caddy in Aster Stitch.

This is the lining a cut down plastic bottle. Ignore the bead holder inside it. I used it to weigh it down just for the photo.

Today is some knitting practice

My first go at a colour slip stitch pattern, Aster Flower stitch. After 2 false starts I managed it fairly easily, I found the vid to do it on You Tube. My first false start was forgetting how to cast on after 2 years of not knitting I did worry I might be rusty. 2nd false start was using wrong colour on 2nd row. But finally managed it. I'm gonna make a new needle caddy for my first go probably in fairisle and using the bottom of my large water bottle to line the bottom.

Today is 3rd Bug ATC.

I know its similar to the others but I wanted to use these big beads first before I went mad on other back patterns., Next one will be completely different. I did make this one with an ant type thorax. No back done yet as I ran out of time so next ones won't have fancy back but just the words as the others have.
